“A True Treasure in Transition”
We came to Duluth especially for staying at the Olcott House, an architecture delight, for 2 nights to celebrate our wedding anniversary. The B & B’s owners were not there, as they are transitioning to other endeavors. John and Catherine were superb hosts on a temporary basis. The breakfast was gourmet in nature and seconds were offered. The wine and chocolates were a nice touch. (www.tripadvisor.com, August, 2015)
“The Olcott House is an amazing grand experience!”
The hostess and host, Catherine Lamb and John Lang, were not only professional, but friendly, welcoming, and extremely helpful. They were helpful and accommodating when we had any questions or issues. They did a good job of letting us know of great places around to sight-see and have dinner.
The Olcott House is an amazing grand experience! The beauty of the home, inside and out, and our exceptional host and hostess, John and Catherine, made our trip to Duluth memorable. I would definitely stay again and recommend this lovely bread and breakfast inn to anyone traveling to Duluth. (www.tripadvisor.com, August, 2015)
I have stayed in a lot of bed and breakfasts and the key to a great one are the hosts! Catherine Lamb and John Lang were excellent host greeted me and gave me a history of the home visiting with them both was a highlight of my trip back home!
