The round barn at the Round Barn Farm is getting a paint job! Round barns were built around the turn of the twentieth century for their labor saving features in the days before electricity. Most are now gone. This one has found new life as an event venue and is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
Catherine and I are happy to be back at the Round Barn Farm B&B&B (bed & breakfast & bread), in Red Wing, Minnesota. We are happy to be able to give owners Robin and Elaine Kleffman the opportunity to get away for a few days to attend a grandson’s graduation.
